Trace Essence Company wants to remind you that it is a small business, which means it only has one person making all products. Please note that each is handmade, therefore there will be some slight variations in size and color. Additionally, natural products are subject to color change over time. Each batch may slightly different in color. Cosmetic colors and shades may slightly differ on each customer's electronic devices. 

Please no returns or exchanges. I'm not responsible for any items that are lost, missing or stolen. But please let me know if something happens and I will try my best to support you. I suggest you to purchase delivery tracking. If you haven't received a shipment, you should contact your local post office and report a lost package.

By placing an order, you are certifying that you have read the ingredients and or have contacted us with any concerns or questions before ordering or using my products. You agree to hold Trace Essence Company LLC, its owner, harmless to any allergic reaction, incident or any other condition you or anyone else, may have or acquire by using any Trace Essence Company products, regardless of the place of purchase.

Any products being sold under the Trace Essence Company are not meant to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases or ailments. Use caution and common sense with bath products. Keep products out of eyes/nose and away from any/all sensitive skin/areas. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep products out of the reach of children and pets. Trace Essence Company is not responsible for any personal health, allergies, incidents, or mishaps from using Trace Essence Company products. By placing an order you are certifying that you have read the ingredients of my products and are agreeing to hold Trace Essence Company ,its owner, harmless to any allergic reaction or any other condition you may have or acquire as a result of using any Trace Essence Company products regardless of place of purchase. If you have any questions about any ingredients in Trace Essence Company, please email me and ask about them prior to placing your order. Please note: safety of products has not been tested.

Use products only as directed

If any allergic reaction, rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Do not ingest products as they are for external use only.

Do not put products near eyes, nose or any other sensitive area.

Please be advised some of our products do contain nut oils.

Use caution in bathtubs/showers, as products may leave them slippery.

Our products are not recommended for use on very young children or babies.

Due to the delicate nature of children’s skin, our products should only be used on children who are not skin sensitive and do not have any skin allergies/skin sensitivities to fragrance, essential oils, oils or any other ingredients in our products.

Our products are made with skin and bath approved ingredients.

Please note: Even though we test our products extensively in house, the safety of my products have not been officially tested.
